SInce it is the beginning of a new year and we are fortunate enough to be starting it with an inspiring new president, i thought it was high time i got off my butt and started my blog! Learning how to make technology work for me has been a little frustrating, but ultimately very rewarding... I have had over 2000 hits on www.sugarbabyvintage.com since i launched in early January and have gotten valuable feedback, made lots of new friends and am cultivating new business every day. It has been such a gift to be in touch with people who appreciate my love of fabric (old & new), color and texture, and actually enjoy my quirky sensibility! Since the last year and a half has been all about the "infantcy" of sugarbaby vintage (no pun intended), i thought it only fitting to share with you some beautiful, home-snapped photographs of "original" sugarbabies... these children are pioneers, as they were the first to be gifted by my work! Now that is what i call rewarding....
